He then expanded into international trade by founding Elatreby International in 1993, followed by the establishment of PBC Pharaonic in 1994. After obtaining license No. 60 from Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority in 1995, he launched his securities brokerage business. In 2007, he expanded internationally by founding Diamond Security Brokerage Company in Syria (license No. 1). Today, he continues to lead PBC Pharaonic as a prominent figure in the securities brokerage sector.
Hanie Hagag

Hanie Hagag joined PBC Pharaonic as a shareholder and Board Member in 2005 before being appointed Chairman in 2024. Prior to his role at PBC Pharaonic, he served as General Manager at Hoechst AG (now part of Sanofi) from 1993 to 1999, gaining extensive corporate operations experience. He also possesses significant expertise across various import and export sectors, using his leadership to drive the growth of PBC Pharaonic in the securities brokerage industry.
Noran Elatreby

Noran Elatreby joined the Board of PBC Pharaonic in 2024 as a Shareholder and Risk Committee Member. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management, Management Control, and Marketing alongside a Pharmacy and Biotechnology degree from the German University in Cairo.
With over seven years of professional experience in quality assurance, auditing, and risk management across healthcare and pharmaceutical fields, her background includes contributions to WHO-related initiatives and multiple ISO accreditations. She holds executive qualifications such as the EIoD Board of Director certification with the IFC and completion of the FRA Managing Director program. Additionally, she holds credentials as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, along with Total Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from the American University in Cairo. She leverages this governance and operational expertise to drive strategic oversight and risk management at PBC Pharaonic
