She successfully completed the Managing Director program by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), further strengthening her governance and leadership credentials
Noran holds an MBA in Strategic Management, Management Control, and Marketing from the German University in Cairo (GUC), complementing her academic background with a Pharmacy and Biotechnology degree from GUC.
With over seven years of professional experience, Noran has a strong foundation in Quality Assurance, auditing, and risk management within pharmaceutical fields and hospital settings. She has pursued advanced certifications, including Total Quality Management (TQM) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) from the American University in Cairo (AUC), as well as earning the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential.
Her notable achievements include contributions to World Health Organization (WHO)-related initiatives and several ISO accreditations, underscoring her dedication to enhancing quality and compliance standards.
