With over 24 years of experience in the stock market, Mohamed is a highly accomplished professional in the financial sector.
He earned his MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AAST) in 2024, further strengthening his strategic and leadership skills.
Mohamed also serves as a Board Member of the Egyptian Capital Market Federation (ECMF) and Elite Financial Consultancy, reflecting his active involvement in advancing the capital market's governance and innovation.
In addition to his roles in PBC Pharaonic, Mohamed is the Vice Chairman of Amwal Al-Arabia Holding and oversees the Investment Sector of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate Insurance Fund. His vast experience encompasses a wide array of responsibilities in investment management, governance, and strategic decision-making
